Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings (1994)
Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings is the 1994 direct-to-video sequel to the 1988's horror film Pumpkinhead. The film was poorly received and currently holds 3.6 on IMDB. In this movie, thrill-seeking teens resurrect a demon and come to regret it. The movie is barely related to others in the series.
An extremely obscure PC game lifted from the movie, by the name of Bloodwings: Pumpkinhead's Revenge, was released shortly after. No one except for "Spoony" of The Spoony Experiment has ever reviewed this game, he says that it is one of the most confusing and horrible games he has ever played.

Plot
After a group of rebellious teenagers accidentally hit old an old, blind women on the highway and then indirectly cause her to be burned in her own cabin, they unknowingly revive Pumpkinhead (from a Pet Sematary-esque burial ground rather than the usual pumpkin patch graveyard like the other films) by pouring blood from one of the old women's viles on his corpse and reciting lines from her spellbook. Although this time, Pumpkinhead is inhabited by the soul of a deformed orphan killed 30 years before rather than Ed Harley (this is probably due to the discrepancy in burial location). Pumpkinhead then goes on a bloody rampage after his childhood tormentors and the teenagers (because they hit/burned Haggis). Meanwhile, Sheriff Braddock played by Andrew Robinson, tries to solve the mystery of the murders and save his daughter Jenny (Ami Dolenz). After nearly killing Jenny, Pumpkinhead falls down a well to his demise just like the soul who inhabits him did 30 years ago.
Trivia
According to director Jeff Burr, a few seconds of footage was trimmed in order to avoid an NC-17, mainly from the scene where Pumpkinhead claws a farmer to death and the monster's own death at the end of the film.
