FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives

Eduardo Ravelo
 Eduardo Ravelo (Possibly born October 13, 1968[1]) — also known as Tablas— was indicted in Texas in 2008 for his involvement in racketeering activities, conspiracy to launder monetary instruments, and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine and marijuana with the intent to distribute. On October 20, 2009 he was named by the FBI as the 493rd fugitive to be placed on the Ten Most Wanted list.
Ravelo heads the Barrio Azteca gang operating out of Juarez, Mexico. In addition to the charges in the 2008 indictment, Ravelo and his gang members are allegedly hit men for a Mexican drug cartel and are responsible for multiple homicides. Ravelo is described by the FBI as “a ruthless killer who has absolutely no respect for human life.”His alleged criminal activities began in 2003. Osama bin Laden
 Osama bin Mohammed bin Awad bin Laden (with numerous variations; Arabic: أسامة بن محمد بن عوض بن لادن‎, Usāmah bin Muḥammad bin ‘Awaḍ bin Lādin; born March 10, 1957) is a member of the prominent Saudi  bin Laden family and the founding leader of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda, best known for the September 11 attacks on the United States and numerous other mass-casualty attacks against civilian targets. Bin Laden is on the American Federal Bureau of Investigation's list of FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives[1], though he is not on the list for 9/11 nor has he been charged for these attacks.

Since 2001, Osama bin Laden and his organization have been major targets of the United States' War on Terrorism. Bin Laden and fellow Al-Qaeda leaders are believed to be hiding near the border of Afghanistan and Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas.(Link)
 Reward
The Rewards For Justice Program, United States Department of State, is offering a reward of up to $25 million for information leading directly to the apprehension or conviction of Usama Bin Laden. An additional $2 million is being offered through a program developed and funded by the Airline Pilots Association and the Air Transport Association.

 Jason Derek Brown
 Jason Derek Brown is wanted for allegedly committing murder and armed robbery in Phoenix, Arizona. On November 29, 2004, an armored car guard was shot and killed outside of a movie theater in Phoenix. The victim died at the scene. Brown allegedly took the money and fled on a mountain bike through an adjacent alley. (Link)

James J. Bulger
James Joseph Bulger, Jr. (born September 3, 1929) — known as "Whitey" Bulger — is a wanted fugitive and alleged leader of the Winter Hill Gang, an Irish-American crime family based in Boston, Massachusetts. He is the older brother of William Michael Bulger, a former President of the Massachusetts State Senate and the University of Massachusetts.
On August 19, 1999, Bulger became the 458th person added to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. He is currently wanted for racketeering (under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO)), murder, conspiracy to commit murder, extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion, money laundering, conspiracy to commit money laundering and narcotics distribution. In October 2007, Interpol released a "red notice" for Bulger.(Link)

Joe Luis Saenz
Joe Luis Saenz (born August 4, 1975) also known as Zapp, Smiley, Hunnicut, Toro, and Jose is a fugitive  currently wanted by the FBI for first degree murder, kidnapping, rape, parole violation and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution. On October 19, 2009 he was named by the FBI as the 492nd fugitive to be placed on the Ten Most Wanted list.
According to the FBI, in 1998, Joe Luis Saenz shot and killed two rival gang members in Los Angeles for assaulting one of the members of his gang, Juan Pena.
Less than two weeks later, Saenz kidnapped, raped, and murdered his girlfriend, Sigreta Hernandez, the mother of his child, at his grandmother’s home.
It is also believed that, in October 2008, he was involved in the murder of a Lott Stoner gang member. Earlier in August 2008 (Link)

Robert William Fisher
 
Robert William Fisher (born April 13, 1961) is a wanted fugitive  suspected of murdering his wife and their two children. On June 29, 2002 he was named by the FBI as the 475th fugitive to be placed on the list of FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives. He currently remains at large.

Fisher has been selected by America's Most Wanted host John Walsh as the program's Public Enemy Number One.(Link)

Victor Manuel Gerena 
 
Victor Manuel Gerena (born June 24, 1958) is an American  wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation  for the armed robbery of a Wells Fargo armored car facility, in connection with the Los Macheteros group. On May 14, 1984, he became the 386th fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. He is still at large, and has spent the second longest time on the list since its inception in 1950 (surpassed only by Donald Eugene Webb). Gerena is believed to have lived in Cuba where his exact whereabouts and fate are unknown.(link)

Glen Stewart Godwin


Glen Stewart Godwin (born June 26, 1958) is a fugitive  and convicted murderer who was added to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on December 7, 1996, nine years after he escaped  from Folsom Prison in Folsom, California where he was serving a 26-to-life sentence. He replaced O'Neil Vassell on the list.(link)

Semion Yudkovich Mogilevich
 
Semion Yudkovich Mogilevich; born June 30, 1946 in Kiev, Ukraine) is an organized crime boss believed by European and United States federal law enforcement agencies to be the "boss of bosses" of most Russian Mafia syndicates in the world.
Mogilevich is nicknamed "The Brainy Don" because of his business acumen and his degree in economics from Lviv University.
He allegedly controls RosUkrEnergo, a company currently actively involved in Russia–Ukraine gas disputes.Reed more

Alexis Flores
 
Alexis Flores (born June 18, 1975) is a Honduran  fugitive  wanted for kidnapping and murder of five-year-old Iriana DeJesus in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2000. Flores is the 487th fugitive to be placed on the FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list.
Flores was added to the FBI's Top Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list on June 2, 2007. He replaced Shauntay Henderson on the list. There is a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to Flores' capture offered by the FBI. Flores is believed to be either in his native Honduras or having returned to the United States.(Link)
